Three kinds of libraries are provided here, i.e., language
libraries(*.lib), professional libraries(*.lib) and shorthand
libraries(*.slb). Language libraries and professional libraries
are only classified subjectively. They are actually same
in format. Both are word libraries, which are different
in format from shorthand libraries. Language libraries and
professional libraries are provided in the form of raw word
lists. You can create a word library from the word list
in IntelliComplete. Shorthand libraries have already been built.
